The Sperlhof is not a guesthouse like so many others and certainly not like any other. We don’t just want to offer our guests perfect service, but rather cultivate a really personal and warm hospitality. The best proof of this are our many regular guests, who always enjoy spending a really good time at the Sperlhof and are almost part of the “family”.

The Sperlhof is in a quiet and central location: the Altenerding S-Bahn station in the direction of Munich and the Munich trade fair, the Erding thermal baths, the Erding city park and the Erding old town can even be reached on foot in just a few minutes.

Eight double rooms in the “Standard” (18-20 m2) and “Comfort” (20-24 m2) categories and two apartments (28 m2) await you at the Sperlhof. All have their own separate bathrooms with shower and toilet, comfortable beds and seating, more than enough storage space and storage options as well as comfortable extras such as satellite TV and free WiFi.
The apartments are not only ideal for a comfortable self-catering holiday, but are also a perfect home base for temporary professional projects and activities in the Erding and Munich area. The modern kitchenette in both apartments is equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine and kettle as well as a large dining table.
Five double rooms can be booked for up to 3 people, the apartments for up to 4 people. Single occupancy is also possible in all of them. All prices are per night and room. Special conditions can also be agreed for longer stays. On request, an additional bed can be accommodated in the apartments and the “Comfort” rooms, and a baby bed is possible anywhere.

A rich breakfast buffet awaits you at the Sperlhof. Look forward to hearty and sweet, healthy and tasty, tea and coffee, homemade jam and eggs to suit your taste, and bread and rolls always fresh on your table. All sausages, eggs and honey are produced in this region. Our large breakfast room offers plenty of space for cozy enjoyment and in summer you can also use our small terrace.
